Economos DeWolf recently completed the sale of a downtown Seal Beach commercial property anchored by the U.S. Postal Service at 221 Main St. Seal Beach, CA. The property had been owned by a prominent Seal Beach family for generations, part of a long-held local portfolio that helped shape the city’s small-town commercial corridor.
When it came time to sell, the owner turned to his cousin, a retired Orange County attorney, for guidance. Having previously hired Economos DeWolf to sell his Tustin office building before retiring to Palm Desert, the cousin recommended the firm again – a decision that led to another successful transaction.
Economos DeWolf negotiated an all-cash sale with a private buyer who had recently sold his business and was seeking long-term value in strategically located coastal real estate. This marks Economos DeWolf’s second sale of a U.S. Postal Service-anchored property this year, underscoring the firm’s strength in executing complex, off-market transactions across Orange County’s coastal submarkets.
