He then opened NAI Capital’s Orange County office in 1999 and then helped found 360 Commercial Partners before selling that venture to JLL in 2012. The principal agent in nearly 400 properties sold, Steve brings an unparalleled perspective and market expertise to every transaction. 

Geoff DeWolf: Co-Founder

Backed by over 20 years of real estate experience, Geoff is a leading broker in Southern California. In fact, he was the first commercial real estatebroker in Orange County to earn a professional accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and is one of very few nationwide to have beta-tested Argus, the market-leading analytical software.
